Responsibilities:

P/L responsibility for Aftermarket business Day to day operation of Service Department Service Support both to service staff and customers. Product Support to service staff and customers Training for technicians and customers Assist in all field service-related issues. Installations / Commissioning of equipment Plant design Technical Support to staff and customers Site visits / Meeting with Customers regarding quotes and onsite issues – service and rental related Growth of Rental business and New Equipment business. Problem solving with technicians and customers. Assisting office staff with quoting / costing Review and manage monthly invoicing. Report and Warranty management with report writing and engaging directly with Sullair. Budget planning, review and presentation – reporting into Manco meeting. Electrical and Diesel equipment (support and service) Qualifications and Competencies Required: Technical Diploma/Certificate N5/6 level, Trade Qualification – Millwright Business Management training certificate / diploma Must have a minimum of 5 years or more relevant working experience within the compressed air industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Autoline experience would be an advantage. Highly motivated, detailed orientated and customer focused. Good time management. Need to be able to work under pressure. Accountability and dependability are essential.
