About the Role
We are seeking an experienced National Technical Manager to lead our production technologies sector in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, particularly electrical or mechatronics, and 5 years of management experience on a regional or national level.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage teams across multiple branches in SA and internationally
- Provide technical insight and assistance with complex installations at customer sites
- Implement new systems, processes, and procedures across branches
- Draft training programs and identify areas for improvement or business growth
- Travel extensively within South Africa and internationally to support teams
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Electrical or Mechatronics)
- 5 years management experience on a regional or national level in the production technologies sector
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical control systems
- Fluency in English is critical
