Johannesburg: New Vehicle Sales Executive – Gauteng, Crown Corridor – Johannesburg

Duties include Sell the maximum number of new cars Manage client relationships through effective use of the lead and data management system (CMS). Contribute to the planning and execution of sales strategies that drive dealership growth and profitability. Consistently achieve and exceed new vehicle sales targets. Support the performance of Parts, Service, and F&I departments by aligning with dealership-wide goals. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to support a culture of service excellence. Strive to exceed customer expectations by ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service standards across all touchpoints. Monitor and track key CMS performance metrics, including: Lead management Online traffic platforms (OTPs) Finance applications Test drives and demo bookings Deal closures and closing ratios Lost deal analysis Quality of deal files Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) and other customer feedback indicators Requirements: Must have min 5 years Automotive Car Sales experience at a franchise dealership preferably, Suzuki, Haval, Chery, Mazda, Renault Solid understanding of both new and used vehicle sales , aftersales operations , and F&I offerings . Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. Sound knowledge of FICA, FAIS, POPIA , and the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) . Proficient in MS Office and dealership-related systems. Familiarity with CMS or similar Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is essential. Fluent in English ; proficiency in an additional local language will be an advantage. Must have a clear criminal and credit record , subject to standard verification checks. Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near the JHB CBD, for ease of access to the dealership.
