Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with IFRS and statutory reporting requirements.
• Lead the external audit process and prepare annual financial statements.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and performance, providing insights for decision-making.
• Produce accurate financial and management reports with analysis and commentary.
• Maintain robust accounting policies, procedures, and controls.
• Partner with the business to drive value through sound financial insights.

Requirements:

• CA(SA)
• At least 5 years’ experience reporting to a CFO in a multi-regional organisation.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, consolidated reporting, and compliance.
• Experience with SAP, Draftworx, and reporting platforms
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including financial modelling.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams.
