Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the billing process from end to end, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
This is a 7-month contract role based in Sandton, Johannesburg North.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete billing cycle, including the preparation, review, and issuing of invoices.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in billing across various accounts.
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve any issues related to invoicing or payments.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary billing information and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Manage annual, monthly, and ad hoc billings using Sage.
- Investigate and resolve billing-related queries.
- Oversee the monthly statement run.
- Prepare and deliver billing reports.
- Enhance and optimize the billing process.
Education and Skills
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related finance role.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data management.
