• Analyse client data, cases, and trends to identify potential risks or areas of concern
• Investigate root causes of client issues and propose mitigation plans
• Work closely with operations, compliance, and customer-facing teams to resolve complex cases
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented mitigation strategies
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and industry regulations
• Provide recommendations to improve processes, reduce client risk, and enhance service quality
• Support escalated client matters with a risk-focused approach

Job Experience and Key Requirements: 

• 2–4+ years of experience in risk analysis, client operations, compliance, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive client situations professionally
• Experience working with data analysis tools, dashboards, or case management systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Understanding of risk frameworks, operational controls, or compliance processes is an advantage
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments

Desirable Skills: 

• Experience in financial services, insurance, fintech, or a regulated environment
• Exposure to fraud prevention, quality assurance, or dispute resolution
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, or BI tools
