Key
Responsibilities:
- Develop & Lead Growth Strategies – Identify and pursue new business opportunities in rail and logistics.
- Financial & Cost Modeling – Build and refine pricing models to support competitive tenders (65% focus).
- Tender & Proposal Leadership – Oversee high-quality bid submissions and client presentations.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Represent the company at industry forums and negotiate contracts.
- Team Collaboration – Work with executives and mentor a Business Development Officer.
Qualifications:
- BCom (Honours) or related degree (postgraduate preferred)
- 5+ years in rail/logistics with strong financial & tender experience
- Advanced Excel & presentation skills
