Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Perform cost accounting and variance analysis for manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal controls.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Job Experience and Skills Required

• Education: CIMA qualification (or in final stages of completion).
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a Financial Accountant role within manufacturing.
• Skills: Advanced MS Excel; ERP systems experience (SAP or similar advantageous).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Non-negotiable: Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
