Job Description
An African property and lifestyle marketing agency that provides “turnkey” marketing solutions for property developers is seeking a Digital Designer who will be delivering high-impact, results-driven electronic communication, with a primary emphasis on email marketing.
Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, design, and build world-class, responsive mailers aligned with brand strategy.

Apply best practices for audience segmentation, personalization, and data integrity.

Collaborate with content creators to ensure messaging, tone, and design alignment.
-
Continuously analyze campaign performance (CTRs, open rates) and optimize for measurable results.
-
Execute with speed and accuracy, ensuring error-free, high-design communication.
-
Design engaging static and animated Google Display Ads that drive conversions.
-
Apply best practices for ad performance and collaborate on creative iteration for improved ROI.
-
Create scroll-stopping content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
-
Adapt designs across various formats (Stories, Reels, Carousels).
-
Support design needs across digital and print (brochures, presentations, banners).

Ensure consistent application of brand identity across all touchpoints.
Minimum Requirements:

Qualification: Graphic Design Diploma or higher.

Experience: 3+ years of design experience, preferably in a digital-focused role.

Email Proficiency: Proven ability to design, build, and execute email marketing campaigns.

Software: Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Platforms: Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).

Mindset: Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure; collaborative and solutions-oriented.

Advantageous Skills

Experience in property / real estate marketing.

Strong understanding of Google and Meta ad design optimization.
