Canteen Restaurant in Rosebank is looking for a front of house manager. Must have experience in a busy sit-down Restaurant environment with extensive knowledge of Restaurant floor management. Candidates with 3+ years management experience in Restaurants will be considered. Must have strong communications skills with the ability to manage a Restaurant floor. Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills. All references must be contactable. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing functions. Duties will include staff management, stock control, opening & closing procedures. Looking for someone who works well in a team and who can work under pressure.
