Job Summary

Duties:
- Lead the consolidation process for the group, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting at group level. You will manage the group’s financial statements, coordinating the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on financial performance, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and goals.
- Oversee financial controls and processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies. Implement best practices in financial reporting to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, to facilitate smooth financial audits and resolve any complex financial issues.
- Drive financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes across the group, ensuring financial performance is optimized and aligned with the company’s long-term strategy.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:
- A qualified Chartered Accountant CA (SA) is essential.
Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior finance role, with a focus on group-level consolidation and reporting.
