• Assist with planning, coordinating and executing project across departments. Support documentation and reporting of project outcomes and lessons learned
• Map processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvement that reduces waste and increases value 
• Collect, clean and analyse business and operational data to generate insights
• Support the development of dashboards, reports and performance metrics to guide decision making
• Explore and test innovative approaches, tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Contribute creative ideas to support digital transformation, automation and future business growth 

Education & Skills:

• BSc / BEng in Industrial Engineer or equivalent 
• 1-3 years’ experience 
• Exposure to data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python) 
• Strong analytical, process-mapping, Lean / Kaizen and continuous improvement principles
