- Opportunity to lead IT operations within a well-established player in the travel and financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the IT strategy, architecture, and governance framework aligned to business and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee infrastructure, cloud platforms, core systems, and nationwide branch technology operations.
- Strengthen cybersecurity, risk management, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance controls.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, system enhancements, and innovation projects (including automation and AI).
- Manage vendors, technology partners, integrations, and SLA performance.
- Control IT budgets, optimise technology spend, and ensure measurable ROI.
- Lead, develop, and mentor the IT team while driving service excellence and continuous improvement.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of IT leadership experience, ideally in regulated, financial services, or Fintech environments.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems, regulatory reporting, cybersecurity, risk, and vendor ecosystems.
- Proven experience modernising systems, managing vendors, and driving digital transformation.
- Ability to translate business strategy into effective technology execution.
