Job Description
My client is looking for a Payroll Administrator on a 3-month contract.
As the Payroll Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the African entities. You’ll handle everything from processing payroll inputs and managing benefits, to preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and assisting with audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering HR input and medical aid information
- Processing payroll inputs for timely and compliant salary payments
- Preparing month-end reports and statutory returns
- Managing third-party payments and reconciliations
- Supporting audits and maintaining accurate payroll documentation
- Generating key insights and reports for management
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Completed Matric
Completed Diploma in Payroll Administration would be beneficial
2–3 years’ experience with Sage 300 People and/or PaySpace
Advanced Excel skills and solid proficiency in Microsoft Suite
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
A strong sense of accountability, integrity, and confidentiality
The ability to multitask, prioritise, and perform under pressure
