Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in all stages of the sales process, from initial customer reception to final delivery.
- Assist with stock takes, ordering processes, stock evaluation, and overall stock control.
- Accurately collect, capture, and manage all customer and product information.
- Conduct customer follow-ups, service reminder calls, and update customer databases.
- Deliver excellent customer service and gather feedback to improve service levels.
- Build strong relationships that encourage customer loyalty and referrals.
- Support teamwork between all sales-related departments
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Must NOT have participated in a YES Programme before.
- Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, Outlook & Internet.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively.
- Positive attitude, maturity, and self-motivation.
- Tertiary qualifications is an advantage.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Experience in automotive, motorcycle, or related parts/accessories environments.
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to build rapport easily.
- Good understanding of retail or dealership processes.
- Above-average computer literacy on commercial systems.
- Enthusiasm for the brand and product offering.
