• Manage and execute trades for institutional clients, particularly asset managers like Coronation and Allan Gray.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships on the sales side.
• Work closely with the team (currently two traders) to run and grow the desk.
• Handle high-pressure market environments with confidence and precision.
• Provide market insights and recommendations to clients.

Ideal Candidate:

• 3-5 years of experience in institutional sales trading.
• Proven ability to engage directly with institutional clients (asset managers, pension funds, etc.).
• JSE experience is essential – familiarity with stockbroking and execution.
• Ability to hit the ground running and take ownership of the role.
• Strong understanding of trading operations and client servicing.
• BEE status is open – the right experience and attitude matter most.
• No formal qualifications required, but experience as a broker in the market is key.
