Very busy modern Restaurant in Greenside Jhb is looking for a senior front of house manager. Must have 6 or more years experience in a busy Restaurant environment with extensive knowledge of Restaurant floor management. Must have strong communications skills with the ability to manage a complete front of house Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken with exceptional customer relations skills. Candidates with a long working history at previous employers will be preferred. All references must be contactable. Experience with Restaurant opening & closing procedures required. Duties will include staff management, stock control and complaints handling. Looking for someone that can lead a front of house team and who can work under pressure.
