Job Description
You will be expected to perform the following Key Functions:
- Handling all GDS flight bookings in Travelport/SmartPoint
- Handling all tickets for group bookings
- Reissuing of tickets
- BSP system for all tickets issued
- Keeping a monthly updated ticket register as well as a refund register.
- Getting updated STO Rates and IT Fares from local, regional, and international airlines as well as all East Africa airlines
Qualifications
Galileo certificate.
Skills
- Min 2-5 years ticketing experience but stable.
- Galileo working knowledge
