Competitive, based on experienceThe Role:We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Trauma Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with surgeons and hospitals while driving sales of our orthopaedic trauma product lines.Key

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders primarily in private hospitals.Present, promote, and sell our orthopaedic trauma products to surgeons and hospitals.Attend cases and provide in-depth product knowledge and support to surgeons in theatre.Identify and pursue new business opportunities.Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience in the trauma orthopaedics industry.Established surgeon client base to service and market our orthopaedic solutions to.Strong sales-related skills, including relationship-building, up-selling, and new business development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and presentation abilities.Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned territory.A valid drivers license and own reliable transport.Experience in spine and arthroplasty desirable but not mandatory.If youre a motivated sales professional with a passion for the medical industry, wed love to hear from you.
