Responsibilities:
Lead and Develop a Team Manage and mentor policy supervisors, set performance targets, and foster professional growth. Oversee Policy Management Ensure accurate and timely processing of applications, renewals, and cancellations while maintaining compliance. Streamline Operations Identify inefficiencies in policy administration and implement process enhancements to improve productivity. Enhance Customer Experience Address complex policy-related inquiries, collaborate with customer service teams, and develop strategies to improve satisfaction. Ensure Compliance & Minimize Risk Monitor adherence to industry regulations and internal policies, conduct audits, and mitigate potential risks. Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with claims, finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless policy administration processes. Lead Key Projects Manage initiatives related to system upgrades, process improvements, and regulatory updates to enhance efficiency. What You Bring to the Table: Extensive experience in policy administration, operations, or a related leadership role. Strong understanding of industry regulations, compliance requirements, and policy workflows. Proven ability to lead teams, optimize processes, and drive operational excellence. Analytical mindset with a knack for solving complex problems and implementing improvements. Customer-focused approach with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
