About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Co-ordinator to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring multiple projects or submissions within the portfolio. You will maintain trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide clear visibility of progress, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello)
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Undergraduate degree or CAPM certification
