Job Summary
Education Undergraduate degree in Engineering (Industrial / Chemical / Mechanical / other)/ Business Sciences/ BSc (Mathematics. Informatics) / Business Administration/ Finance/ Economics (quantitative)/ Statistics or similar Experience 5 years process re-engineering experience, involved with assessing, mapping and optimising business processes with a focus on call centre operations Exposure to customer service/ call centre environment and in CRM system administration, configuration and integration Detailed experience / skills / competencies Knowledge of and exposure to Business Process Reengineering/ Workflow / Workflow management / Process automation Proficient in data analysis and reporting Strong problem solving, critical thinking and decision making skills Project management skills Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong prioritisation skills Technical literacy Microsoft Office/ G-Suite CRM systems e.g. Zendesk/ Zoho/Odoo Dashboarding tools e.g. PowerBI/Quicksights Please Note: If you have not been contacted within two weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.
