Duties and Responsibilities Supervising in-house projects. Overseeing of the day-to-day tasks and operations of the home; Managing household bills and administrative duties. Running errands and purchasing items where required. Ensure that Security is on site and performing their duties accurately. Supervision of other household staff, such as housekeepers, private chefs, nannies, maintenance teams. Ensure the homes Pool, Jacuzzi, Tennis court is well maintained by maintenance. Fireplace maintenance is done and checked regularly. Aircon to be checked weekly ensure they are working. All household equipment, how it is used, charged and refurnished. Theatre System is checked, and theatre room is maintained. Sound Systems to be checked and that it is used correctly. Gardening services/ landscaping ensure it is up to the familys standards, Recon expenditure of the house. Grocery shopping and stock take of products, Scheduling home maintenance and repair work. Responsibilities of planning, organizing and coordinating events. Managing household calendars and schedules. Arranging appointments, scheduling and supervising home maintenance projects. Completing any other requested administrative tasks. Understanding of food and beverages. Able to understand an instruction and to action accordingly. Able to act as a Host when and if requested. Compile and maintain a standard operating procedure user manual for the entire Estate. Ensure the entire estates alarm system is always activated after every shift for the day. Submit daily and weekly progress reports to your supervisors. Communicate regularly on WhatsApp property groups. Demonstrate ability to communicate well with high profile clients and guests.
