Job Summary
Educational Background: Bachelor`s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field o Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, COBIT, or equivalent Technical Skills: Strong understanding of FinTech/Banking Technology stack and its dependencies Proficiency in documenting and defining technical dependencies Experience with Known Error Database (KEDB) management Familiarity with RCA (Root Cause Analysis) processes and documentation Proficiency in maintaining Corrective Actions Logs and categorizing corrective actions per vendor and platform Knowledge of platforms such as MoMoAPP, Azure, EPW shared systems, GSM, SAS, Eva, Optasia, Jumo, network systems Problem management and Incident and Change Management Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in problem management and resolution within a FinTech or similar technological environment Experience working with OPCOs Service Desk and other operational entities Proven track record of successful management and tracking of corrective actions Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
