Job Summary

Purpose of the position Responsible for respective Delivery and Execution portfolios from ideation through to solutioning and structuring for the delivery of projects throughout the organization. This includes translating the business strategy into programmes/projects, managing the entire Delivery and Execution lifecycle and benefits realization portfolio. Key Performance Areas (KPAs) Manage portfolios of complex initiatives from ideation to deployment for several projects simultaneously. Accountable for monitoring of portfolio governance processes. Creating and presenting reports Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders People Management Provide guidance to direct and indirect reports on portfolio governance and deliverables Lead as an Ambassador and executor of Change. Minimum

Requirements:

Work Experience 7 yearsâ?? experience managing large to extra-large initiatives of which: 4 yearsâ?? portfolio management experience Minimum

Requirements:

Education Relevant 3-year degree or diploma Relevant Project Management certification advantageous
