Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties.Ensure properties are well-maintained and comply with all safety, health, and regulatory requirements.Coordinate and supervise maintenance and repair activities, including regular inspections and preventative maintenance.Manage tenant relations, including lease negotiations, renewals, and addressing tenant concerns.Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards are maintained.Develop and implement property management policies and procedures.Prepare and manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize cost-efficiency.Analyze and report on property performance, providing recommendations for improvements.Ensure timely collection of rents and manage accounts receivable.Oversee property marketing and leasing activities to maintain high occupancy rates.Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and regulatory changes.Collaborate with contractors and service providers to ensure high-quality maintenance and repairs.Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and coordinate appropriate responses.
