About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Property Finance Consultant to join our team in Johannesburg, responsible for facilitating the movement of existing home loans and offering tailor-made home finance packages with exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential leads through proactive and reactive prospecting methods
- Develop a robust network through partnerships and relationship building
- Execute referral campaigns, outdoor/Mall/Community marketing, social media, corporate presentations, wellness days
- Identify clients’ financial and emotional needs using open-ended questioning
- Pre-qualify clients by assessing their background and linking it to credit health reports and affordability
- Identify financial challenges and offer solutions
- Ensure proper records of leads and follow-ups
- Match product offerings to client needs
- Explain application procedures, apply appropriate credit criteria, and provide upfront explanations of situations that need clarity
- Maintain customer contact and follow-up
- Capture and file applications accurately, compile supporting documents, and ensure files are completed and ready to process
Requirements
- Own car/transport and valid drivers license
- Matric qualification
- Minimum 2 years of successful sales conversions experience in a pressurized sale environment
- Experience in proactively prospecting in a sales environment
- Strong administrative skills
- Marketing experience, preferably in home loans (3+ years)
