Seeking a skilled QA Tester with both manual and automation testing expertise to join the Johannesburg-based team. The successful candidate will ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of software solutions by executing rigorous testing protocols, identifying defects, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and execute test cases for both manual and automated testing. Identify, document, and track software defects and issues. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables. Perform regression, functional, performance, and integration testing. Support test automation initiatives using industry-standard tools. Maintain detailed testing documentation and reports. Participate in continuous process improvement and contribute to QA best practices. Key Requirements: Proven experience in both manual and automated testing. Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Proficiency with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar). Solid knowledge of defect tracking tools and version control systems. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
