We require a candidate with:
• BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field would be preferential
• A stats background would be advantageous
• Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role
• Experience in QA methodology
• Familiarity with agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. Selenium)
• Strong skills in SQL and NoSQL – should be able to write complex queries independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
• Strong organizational skills

• Additional industry recognized quality assurance / engineering certifications
• At least 3 years’ experience in Software Testing
• Exposure to ERP / Accounting Systems
• Familiarity with SQL
• Automated testing experience (Selenium, Cypress)
• System integrations (Postman or SoapUI)
• Own and drive test processes and partner with other disciplines to deliver high quality solutions.
• Serve as a technical and methodological subject matter expert in all areas regarding quality analysis, testable
• design and deployment.
• Define, generate and refine quality related metrics.
• Demonstrated success with quality assurance concepts, test plan / test case definition and problem analysis.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively understand requirements, and explain
• uncertainties in a team environment
• Fast and willing learner
