About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality and Compliance Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. As a critical member of our leadership, you will be responsible for driving quality management systems, regulatory compliance, and occupational health and safety across all functions. You will work closely with senior executives to ensure organizational sustainability and protect our accreditation, safety, legal standing, and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain Quality Management Systems aligned to recognized quality management principles
Facilitate management reviews of quality performance, risks, and improvement actions
Conduct internal audits and manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Own institutional and programme accreditation, scope management, and re-accreditation processes
Lead project planning, structuring, and governance for high-impact projects with a focus on quality, compliance, accreditation, safety, and organizational risk

Requirements

Relevant degree or diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, Safety Management, Technical Training, or similar
7+ years of senior experience in quality, compliance, governance, or audit-driven environments
Proven experience with SETA / QCTO accreditation and audits
Experience implementing systems, standards, and structured improvements
Quality Management Systems training
OHS qualification (Assessor/Moderator certificate)
5S/Lean/Continuous Improvement training
Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 principles

Qualifications

Completed Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
Relevant certifications or diplomas in quality management, safety management, technical training, or similar
