About the Role
RS Properties is seeking ambitious and success-oriented individuals to join our team as Real Estate Agents. We are looking for motivated and results-driven professionals who can effectively promote and sell real estate, achieve ongoing market share expansion, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather data on real estate (lead generation)
- Survey properties for sale
- Organize photography and home staging
- Engage with sellers and discuss their property and the surrounding area with expertise
- Valuation – use reliable methods to assess a property’s value
- Arrange and participate in exhibition days
- Create a marketing strategy for a property
- Act on behalf of the seller during discussions with prospective purchasers
- Track sales and communicate with all parties involved, such as mortgage brokers, currency brokers, conveyancers, and other real estate agents
- Provide informed guidance to sellers and buyers
