Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving Operations:

  • Manage the daily operations of the receiving department, ensuring all goods are accurately received and documented.
  • Oversee the inspection of merchandise for damages, discrepancies, and quality issues.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of goods to maintain their condition and organization.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to manage delivery schedules and resolve issues.

• Team Management:

  • Lead, train, and develop the receiving team, ensuring high productivity and adherence to company standards.
  • Schedule shifts and assign tasks to team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
