About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Bedfordview. The successful candidate will have a strong background in recruitment agency experience, with a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for clients. As part of our hybrid model, you will be based in Bedfordview but will work remotely as part of your training.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Using various methods (job boards, social media, networking, headhunting) to find potential candidates.
- Screening Candidates: Reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and assessing candidates’ qualifications and suitability for roles.
- Shortlisting Candidates: Presenting qualified candidates to clients and recommending the most suitable candidates for each position.
- Conducting Interviews: Interviewing candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit for the client’s needs.
- Managing Candidate Expectations: Keeping candidates informed during the process, interview stages, and feedback.
- Negotiating Offers: Assisting in salary negotiations and helping candidates make informed decisions.
- Maintaining Candidate Records: Keeping detailed records of candidate details, interview schedules, and placements using recruitment software.
