About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Junior Sales Operations Manager in the Chemical Industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and operations, with a focus on the chemical industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing timely and effective support to sales and KAM team in regards to operational excellence
- Specific area of responsibility are: Change management agenda, supporting continuous improvement in sales processes
- Coordination of Customer, Channel & Category reporting (sell-in and sell-out)
- Development of executive and business dashboards
- Implementation of the right tools for order entry and order tracking
- Support for CRM tools and analysis
- Preparation of Sales plans templates
- Masterplan tracking promo execution, WD, broadsheets, extra display and cross category
- Support for demand planning implementing the right tools and reports (Rolling forecast, Stock on Hand updates, disposition lists)
- OOS reporting
- Materials phase-in and phase-out strategy
- Connection with Business planning and Supply planning to ensure stock aligned with demand
- Focus on scrapping optimization, in close connection with supply planning, quality team, marketing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
- Previous experience in sales operations, preferably in the chemical industry
- Previous experience in sales excellence, sales operation, business planning is required
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, advanced EXCEL
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multi-functional team
- High energy level and strong analytical conceptual thinking
- Entrepreneurial attitude in managing activities and project
