Operational Management Facilities Management Financial Management Small Scale Project Planning & Management Data & Information Management Reporting CEO Assistant Required Skills Fluent in spoken and written English. Computer Literate. Have an excellent understanding and knowledge of the concepts and workings of all the physical systems of the properties: electrical, plumbing, structural, painting etc. Have an excellent understanding and knowledge of the operational systems of the properties: cleaning, maintenance, security, etc. Have a good understanding of the correct execution of maintenance work. Have a good grasp of the purpose and workings of the various administrative departments of the entire organisation and how his role impacts and integrates with each department.Qualifications & Work Experience Required Matric or Matric Equivalent. Trade Qualification. Minimum of 5 years experience in property maintenance and management.
