Computer Literate. Have an excellent understanding and knowledge of the concepts and workings of all the physical systems of the properties: electrical, plumbing, structural, painting etc. Have an excellent understanding and knowledge of the operational systems of the properties: cleaning, maintenance, security, etc. Have a good understanding of the correct execution of maintenance work. Have a good grasp of the purpose and workings of the various administrative departments of the entire organisation and how his role impacts and integrates with each department.Qualifications & Work Experience Required Matric or Matric Equivalent. Trade Qualification. Minimum of 5 years experience in property maintenance and management.
