About the Role
We are seeking an Area / Operations Manager to join our fast-food quick service restaurant group operating multiple outlets in Johannesburg North and Roodepoort, Gauteng. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in head office or multi-store/senior management, with a proven track record of success in franchise environments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing franchise support, maximizing store potential, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain brand standards across all stores
- Participate in store operations and support store management with everyday tasks
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service levels and drive sales growth
- Provide guidance and training to store staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Collaborate with regional managers to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in head office or multi-store/senior management
- Proven track record of success in franchise environments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

Salary & Benefits
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of R20 – 25 K ctc depending on experience.
