Job Summary
We’re looking for an RPA Project Manager to oversee project planning, implementation, and tracking within specified timeframes and budget constraints. You’ll ensure that projects are completed successfully, meeting the objectives and expectations of stakeholders. What you’ll do: Project Planning and Initiation: Lead and manage the RPA project from initiation to completion. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Conduct feasibility assessments and risk analysis to identify potential obstacles and mitigation strategies. Coordinate and manage the tasks of the RPA development team. Establish project governance structure, roles, and responsibilities. Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible to team members. Project Execution: Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to ensure execution. Monitor project progress against established plans, identifying and addressing deviations. Manage project scope, schedule, and budget changes, ensuring proper documentation and communication. Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and sponsors. Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during project implementation. Project Control and Monitoring: Track project performance metrics, such as cost, schedule, quality, and resource utilization. Conduct regular status meetings and reporting to inform stakeholders of project progress. Schedule, coordinate preparation, and record key discussion points at the monthly Steering Committee meeting. Implement project control mechanisms to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements. Identify and escalate risks and issues that may impact project delivery. Quality Assurance and Risk Management: Implement quality assurance processes and standards to ensure deliverables meet quality criteria. Proactively identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage project dependencies and critical paths to minimize delays and bottlenecks. Project Closure: Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes, identify lessons learned, and capture best practices. Obtain formal acceptance of project deliverables from stakeholders. Complete project documentation, including final reports, lessons learned, and closure documentation. Ensure smooth transition of project deliverables to operations or maintenance teams. Facilitate Post Implementation Reviews to measure value delivered from automation. Your expertise: 10 years in the IT industry (5 years managing complex RPA projects) Strong understanding of RPA technologies and project management methodologies. An understanding of intelligent automation technologies (AI, ML, OCR, Gen AI). Proven experience in managing RPA projects, with knowledge of RPA technologies such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in managing RPA projects and delivering solutions that meet business objectives.
