Job Summary
Title: Sales Executive Location: Boksburg Department: Sales Reports To: Sales Manager Job Summary: The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients in the steel fabrication industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation. Key Responsibilities and
Duties:
1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the steel fabrication market. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals. 2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct regular client meetings to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions. Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Sales and Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals effectively. Collaborate with the production and technical teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery of client projects. 4. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on sales performance and market feedback. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare regular sales forecasts and contribute to budgeting processes. 5. Product Knowledge and Training: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the companys products and services. Stay updated on industry developments and competitive offerings. Provide product training and support to clients as needed. 6. Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to enhance company visibility. Share insights and feedback with internal teams to support product development and improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the steel fabrication or manufacturing industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Working Conditions: This position may require travel to meet clients and attend industry events. Flexibility in working hours may be needed to accommodate client schedules. Application Process:
