About The Role: Think of yourself as the driving force behind the companys mission. As a Solar Sales Agent, youll turn curiosity into commitment, helping customers see how solar fits seamlessly into their lives. Youll own the full sales cycle – from first contact to signed contract – and make sure every client walks away feeling confident, excited, and ready to Be In Charge. Duties: Sales & Prospecting Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach. Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through the sales funnel. Conduct in-depth consultations to understand energy needs and present tailored solar solutions. Customer Engagement Build trust by actively listening and providing clear, easy-to-understand proposals and presentations. Become the go-to advisor for all things solar, keeping clients informed and empowered. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in Zoho CRM. Closer Extraordinaire Negotiate like a pro to secure win-win outcomes. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Deliver exceptional after-sales service to foster long-term relationships and referrals. Industry & Innovation Stay up to date on solar trends, products, and regulations. What Were Looking For 3-5 years experience in a high-volume, B2C sales role (solar or related industry a plus). Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Proficient in CRM systems (Zoho preferred) and Google Workspace. High school diploma required, degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
