REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Engineering or related field
• Strong technical and commercial background
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of sales, preferably in the industrial and OEM sectors (off-road, power transmission, railway, raw materials)
• Experience in channel management
• Proven record of success within the entire sales cycle, from planning to closing
• Experience with CRM systems
• Effective collaboration in a matrix environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit, reliability, and commitment
• Strong drive for results
• Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60%)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyse customer needs and provide technical solutions
• Develop and present proposals to clients
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to achieve sales targets
• Analyse customer requirements and design customised solutions
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate product capabilities
• Consult with clients on technical solutions, analyse and develop respective specifications for their realisation
• Develop proposals and quotations based on customer specifications
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet technical requirements
• Stay abreast with relevant technologies, establish and maintain a network with (potential) clients, partners, universities, associations and other institutions
