Position: Sales Representative -Upmarket Homeware – (Furnishings, Finishes & Textiles)

Location: Johannesburg Sandton

38 000 to 42 000

Main purpose: Promote and sell merchandise, design furniture, fabrics, textiles, and luxury homeware. Specializing in exclusive, custom-made materials, in high end furnishing and homeware. Partnership programmers to customers, developing new business to meet sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS

• National Senior Certificate a Must, Certificate or Diploma in Sales/Interior Advantage.
• Own vehicle, Drivers License.
• Languages: Fluent in English and one other SA language.
• Minimum work experience: 2 years sales representing experience – retail or wholesale environment preferred.
• Working Environment: 70% Based on the road, required to work every second Saturday.
• Sales, Product Knowledge, Negotiation, Presentation Skills, Database Management, Market Research, Campaign. MS Office.

Duties

Achieve and exceed sales targets for luxury home decor products.

• • Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and high-end clientele.
  • Coordinate production and administrative tasks to support sales efforts.
  • Organize product demonstrations and presentations to showcase brand offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing campaigns and promotional events.
  • 30% Inhouse and 70% on the road.
