We are looking for an experienced SAP Performance Management Consultant with expertise in SAP ECC6 to support the implementation and management of performance-related processes. This role involves configuring solutions to facilitate goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms aligned with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Work closely with HR teams to gather requirements and configure performance management processes in SAP ECC6.
- Implement performance review workflows, goal-setting frameworks, and competency evaluations within SAP.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Performance Management functionalities.
- Integrate performance management processes with other SAP modules, such as OM and PA.
- Deliver training and documentation for HR teams and end users.
- Support system maintenance, updates, and performance process improvements.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Hands-on experience with SAP ECC6 Performance Management functionalities.
- Strong understanding of performance evaluation frameworks and goal management processes.
- Ability to resolve system issues and ensure smooth performance operations.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with HR teams and stakeholders.
- Min 3-5 years experience
