About the Role

The Senior NetOps Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our network infrastructure, providing critical support to our NOC teams and driving automation and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain network uptime and SLAs
  • Troubleshoot complex routing and switching issues
  • Support automation and operational improvements
  • Provide escalation support to NOC teams

Requirements

  • 58 years of NetOps experience
  • CCNP/CCIE preferred
  • Strong experience in ISP-scale networks
