About the Role
A Factory Technologist is required to join a leading FMCG Market Leader in Cape Town, Western Cape. The ideal candidate will be responsible for continuously improving the Food Safety Management System and contribute to the company’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain effective Quality Control (QC) processes
- Manage Raw Material Control to ensure product quality and safety
- Collaborate with the Food Defence team to implement and maintain food defence protocols
- Continuously monitor and improve the Food Safety Management System
Requirements
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification
- 1 Year of experience within FMCG industry
- Experience with Quality Control (QC) processes
- Knowledge of Raw Material Control procedures
- Strong Computer Literacy skills
Qualifications
- Formal education in a relevant field (e.g. Food Technology, Quality Management)
