Johannesburg: Senior People and Culture Business Partner

Post Requirements: (include but are not limited to) Minimum Required Education: Bachelors Degree in HR Management, Industrial Psychology, or BCom in HR Management. Advantageous: A Postgraduate qualification in HR or Industrial Psychology and Professional registration or affiliation with a recognised HR or psychology body. Post-graduate degree in business, social or behavioural science will also be advantageous Experience working across the full HR value chain (talent, ER, L&D, reward, etc.). Inherent Requirements: 810 years of Senior HR experience, with at least, 35 years in a Business Partnering role in private healthcare. Experience in partnering with senior management on full (transactional and transformational (OD) HR value chain. Demonstrated ability of driving strategy and innovation in the business. Excellent stakeholder management skills with high levels of interpersonal agility. Well-developed business, commercial and financial acumen with strong budget management skills. Drive continuous improvement with an entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to Integrate across teams, processes, and organisational layers. Requires parallel processing thinking (i.e. thinking on a number of levels simultaneously). Managing delivery at this level requires a strong capacity to lead change. Proven ability to manage operational business requirements to ensure systems, people and processes are optimised.
