Qualifications and professional registrations Bachelors degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related field (Masters preferred). Professional certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, MSP (Managing Successful Programmes), PgMP (Program Management Professional) preferred. Experience 10 years of experience in portfolio and program management, particularly in large-scale enterprise transformations. Strong expertise in governance frameworks, risk management, and benefits realization. Proven ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams in a complex, global environment. Knowledge Portfolio, Program, and Project Management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, MSP, SAFe). Strategic planning, business transformation, and digital innovation. Governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks. Financial planning, cost control, and budgeting in project environments. Change management and organizational development. Data-driven decision-making, reporting, and analytics tools Key duties and responsibilities Develop and implement enterprise-wide portfolio management strategies. Define and enforce governance standards, policies, and compliance measures. Manage stakeholder expectations across business and technical divisions Resource Optimization & Financial Management Change Management & Continuous Improvement
