Job Summary
A leading energy consultancy helping businesses manage energy efficiently with a strong focus on transparency. They specialize in energy procurement, cost reduction, and sustainability strategies, supporting businesses in optimizing their energy usage. As they expand their digital presence, theyre looking for a SEO & Social Media Manager to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven SEO and Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and optimize our online marketing strategies. This role will be responsible for improving search engine rankings, increasing organic traffic, managing social media channels, and growing engagement with our target audience in the energy sector.
Job Description
- Develop and execute a B2B-focused SEO strategy to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO optimization.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Work with content teams to create SEO-friendly blogs, articles, and landing pages.
- Manage technical SEO improvements, including site structure, speed optimization, and mobile usability.
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with the companys goals.
- Manage and grow the companys presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored for B2B audiences.
- Monitor trends, optimize engagement, and implement paid social media campaigns.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community interaction.
Content & Digital Marketing
- Work with content writers, designers, and marketing teams to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content.
- Oversee link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
- Collaborate with PR teams for high-quality backlinks and brand mentions.
- Track and report on digital marketing performance, making data-driven optimizations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SEO, social media management, and digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google algorithms, and digital marketing trends.
- Experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Proven success in increasing organic traffic and social media engagement.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
- Strong analytical skills to measure, track, and report performance.
- Experience in B2B marketing or the energy sector is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
