Job Summary

A leading organisation is seeking a Service Desk Specialist to provide top-tier support in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone with strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Key responsibilities include: Logging and managing support tickets efficiently. Handling inbound and outbound calls. Generating internal and external reports. Monitoring links and managing faults through internal processes. Collaborating with resolver groups and vendors to drive issue resolution. Dispatching Field Support Technicians when required. Providing first-call resolution where possible. Ensuring timely and professional communication with all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have: Strong technical acumen (CCNA certification is desirable). Familiarity with ITIL concepts. Excellent English communication and report-writing skills. The ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment. A proactive approach with good judgment and teamwork skills.
