About the Role
Join a reputable leader in innovative digital and IT service delivery as a ServiceNow Developer, working with modern ServiceNow technologies across ITSM, ITOM, integrations, and platform optimisation. You will be part of a collaborative team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions that enhance business efficiency and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Knowledge Management, and Asset Management.
- Perform system integrations including LDAP, SSO, Email, SuccessFactors , and NowMobile.
- Support Production, Test, and Development environments with incident and request resolution within SLA.
- Build and populate CMDB , including configuring assets, CIs, relationships, ITOM Visibility, Discovery, Cloud Insights, and Health.
- Participate in SDLC activities including requirement analysis, solution design, and adherence to coding standards.
- Monitor performance and ensure ServiceNow platform optimisation.
Requirements
- Qualification in Computer Science / Software Development
- 2 years working with the ServiceNow ITSM Platform and ITOM Discovery
- Proven experience in ServiceNow support, development, and backend web programming.
