Johannesburg: Skills Development Facilitator | HR Business Partner

Minimum Requirements: Must have a minimum of 5 years HR Generalist experience, specifically within the Engineering | Manufacturing or related Industry Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management required Skills Development Facilitator (SDF) accreditation and experience will be highly advantageous Proficient in SAP and Sage 300 People essential Experienced with Managing Labour Legislations within a Unionised environment including Collective Bargaining and Dispute Resolution Strong knowledge of HR Legislation and Best Practices required Valid Driver’s License and own Transport required Contactable references and payslips required upon request Salary Structure: Annual CTC of R 600K, based on experience Includes Provident Fund (Only suitable candidates will be shortlisted and contacted within 14 days)
